Add sender to contacts

When I right Click Sender I my E-mail inbox
Add sender to contacts
Does not work
Have to add new contacts by hand

When you select Add Sender to Contacts, an Add a Contact dialog should
open. Does that not happen? Use Alt-Tab repeatedly to see if the
dialog might have opened behind your current window.

If you view the message from the sender, there is an Add Contact link
next to the From address. Does that work?

The "add sender to contacts" is there but it is not highlighted and clicking
on it does nothing. How do you activate it?

The entry won't be highlighted if that sender is already in your
contacts.

Similarly, if you view a message in the reading pane or open in its own
window, There is an Add Contact link after the name and e-mail address
if they are not in your contacts, but if they already are in your
contacts just the name and no e-mail address or Add Contact link.
