How do I add an iten to the right click menu in windows explorer. I want to
add a listdir function to the context menu and have it there for all users.
Any help is welcome...

_ContextEdit_ is a good freeware you may want to use. You can also try
_ShellMenuView_. It is a small utility that display the list of static
menu items that appeared in the context menu when you right-click a
file/folder on Windows Explorer, and allows you to easily disable
unwanted menu items.
_FileMenu_Tools_ lets you add, delete & customize the context menu
items of the Windows Explorer. More on that 'here'
