added email account...

i've just recently added an additional email account on windows mail, however
i can't send or receive emails.
tried changing the ports and checked d server requires authentication box
but to no avail. pls help. thanks!

Do you get an error message when you try to send or receive? If so,
right-click on your error message, copy, then paste it into a reply here.
We can't do much troubleshooting without the complete error message.
