Vista 64-bit Enterprise Edition - SP1 - All Patches Applied

I installed an additional 4 GB of RAM... well... pulled 4GB of PC6400 and
installed 8 GB of PC8500... NO BIOS or OS changes... No new software... same
chipset drivers, and so on... the ONLY problem I have is NOW... when my
system wakes from sleep, the network adapter is "disconnected" and has to be
reset before my internet service is restored...

NIC Driver Version: NVidia - 67.8.9.0 (as updated by Windows Update LONG
BEFORE this problem)

There's a WARNING in the event log but no error... My systems specs follow
the event log data below... help ? thoughts ?
