Adding a Contact

When I tried to add a contact from their IM. It would not allow me to. I
tried clicking on the sentence that said click here to add him/her now.
Nothing happened. This person is on my allowed list and I'm on her allowed
list because we have talked on messenger before. We just cannot see when one
of us is online. I have 5 contacts like this one. I'm using Windows Live
Messenger.

To correct this problem, shut down Messenger entirely by right-clicking on
its icon in the
notification area and choosing Exit, then download and run this .reg file:
http://messenger.jonathankay.com/dow...lmpolicies.reg

Then try signing in again. It make take 30-40 seconds after signing in
before you see any
change.
