Adding favourites to IE

Every time i try to add a new favorite to IE i get an "unspecified error"
dialog from IE. My favorites folder was moved from the default location to
another hard drive via the right-click-properties-location process. This
should have made the necessary registry keys to tell IE where to find the
favorites folder. Apparently not, because when i set it back to its default
location, i was able to add new favorites per normal.

So MS: please create a more detailed error message ("unspecified error" =
wtf o_O ) and make sure that when a user legitimately (i'm not talking about
cut/paste - thats just silly) moves his favorites (or any other) folder - the
necessary reg keys are created for apps like IE to know whats going on.
Perhaps u should add this in sp1.

Unless of course, there is a setting in IE that allows the user to tell it
exactly where to look for the favorites folder?

here is a message for you.

"Sorry, we developed IE7 using monkeys from the deep african jungles. We
have no idea what the heck is wrong with our browser. Serves you right for
installing a beta quality OS on your comptuer. We pretend however that its
the best thing since sliced bread because we want your money.
Dont you try to install firefox because our activation service is spying on
you and your computer will explode."

Seriously.. you really use that crap IE7 browser???? PLEASE look into these
alternatives

www.avantbrowser.com (shell for the trident engine)
www.maxthon.com (shell for the trident engine)
www.getfirefox.com
