Adding to Internet Favorite

I am running Vista Ultmate and in the last day or so if I save a web site in
my Favorites using the start and plus sign in the top left corner I get a
message saying "Unable to create webpage.....Unspecified Error"

Try changing the location of the Windows Favorites shell folder:
