Vista Home Premium. I've added the MaxRecentDocs Registry Item and set the
number at 25 - the number of recent items just stays at 15.
Anyone come across this and is there a solution?

Apparently, after increasing the limit, it is still limited to 10 items of
any particular type.

Doesn't seem to work that way either - I currently have in my Recent items 3
excel spreadsheets, 1 text file, 1 PowerPoint Slide Show, 7 Word documents
and 3 Word Templates. That equals 15. If I open another text file say, I
get all the above plus the new text file, but the Templates are reduced to
2.....

Have you opened any more documents since making the change? It won't
grandfather previous openings.
