Adding profile pic

Hi, I'm having trouble adding a display picture to my WLM. I added a
particular picture x.jpg last night, and then changed it to y.jpg....now when
I want to change back to x.jpg I don't see it in my "Recent" list. When I go
to select the file, after clicking "Open" nothing happens. I think there
might be some bug where Messenger thinks that it is already my current
picture, but this is not the case.
