Pocket Pc on the user account for the Dell, the problem I'm having is I can
not install Adobe Reader on the Samsung using the other account. I see the
program in the ADD/REMOVE in both user accounts. I tried to download the
program while using the user account for the Samsung, but windows is telling
me the program is already installed and I need to uninstall before I can
install program again.

This is a question probably better suited to the OS that you have kept
secret as this is where the problem lies. This issue has been posted in
the past - looking through the newsgroup archives may be helpful to you
..

You need to uninstall the program, then manually remove the left over
entries referring to the program in the registry. There is a registry
editing program in Windows or the Norton Utilities one is better if you
have that, but there are several available. Backup the registry before
doing anything so you can back to where you are if things go wrong.
Make sure you remove ONLY entries relevant to this program, and ALL of
them- you may need to search using a few different terms. If it doesn't
work at first go back and look for more entries- there will be several.

After you remove ALL of the entries your OS is unaware of the program
and will create all entries as a first time install so should work
unless you have deeper problems. If it doesn't seem to work at first
then try again- same process- you may have missed some entries.

BE CAREFUL, make sure you only remove relevant items or you could end
up with a non-functioning computer.

The symptom you post appears to be one of the major problems with
PPCReader 2... unless you have the need to read encrypted adobe ebooks,
would suggest installing PPCReader 1

If you want to persue this, suggest reading the many posts, problems and
suggested solutions posted at the Adobe PocketPC user forum
