adding terms to speling dictionaries in Live Mail

There are many family names and other terms that are being marked as errors
in Live Mail spelling dictionaries. There seems to be no obvious way to add
these terms to the dictionaries. Any suggestions?

It works for me. :^}

When WLMail's spell checker flags a word that it doesn't recognize while I'm
drafting a message in the Compose window, if it is a word that I expect to
use again, I just click the Add button. WLM adds it to my custom dictionary
and doesn't flag it again after that. Even the word re-occurs in the same
message I'm currently composing, it is not flagged again.

This doesn't work outside the Compose window, though. But I can "manually"
edit my custom dictionary by opening it in WordPad or another text editor.
My custom dictionary in Windows 7 is at
c:\users\RC\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows Live Mail\Proof\lang0409.lex

You will need to substitute your own username for my "RC", of course. The
"0409" is the hex equivalent of "1033", the code for en-US, the English
language as used in the USA. If you use a different language, post back and
we'll help you find that.
