WLM doest that natively: Sort of. WML creates an address book for a signed
in Windows Live account. Multiple accounts, multiple address books. And one
for not being signed in to anything.

However, I am guessing you want a different address book for each email
account. Alas, AFAIK, that is not possible.

Windows Live Mail - Contacts Database
http://liveunplugged.wordpress.com/2...acts-database/

Each Live ID used to sign on to Windows Live services in WLM has its own
local and remote synchronized contacts list (the term address book is no
longer used for WLM)

Only one contact database can exist for the default account (no Live ID
sign on to Windows Live services in WLM). The default database is strictly
local.

Only one Contact database can be accessed at a time in WLM (A signed on
Live ID database or the default no-signon database).

One could also register each email account as a Live ID (only a few domains
are not register-able), since any Live ID has the ability to create a local
and remote synchronized contact database, then use that Live ID to juggle
different contacts list (by signing on to Live services with that Live ID
in WLM).....but...as noted above, only one database is accessible at a time
in WLM.

You could establish separate IDs to sign into basic Win 7 and use each one
to establish separate address books for each sign-on ID. Another way around
it (without doing that) is to use Contacts' Category to establish email
lists for each account or for separate groups you wish to maintain. That
way you send the email to the Category that represents the mailing list you
want to use.

This way your Contacts list shows EVERYBODY regardless of grouping. You
then click on New..Category...and enter a Category name representing a
group. The you go down your Contacts list and click and drag members into
their proper Category. The Contacts list will still show those names but
they will also appear in that Category name. You simply address emails to
that Category and emails are sent to each of those individuals. Editing a
name in the Contacts list will also update the name in the Category listing.
(and vice-versa)

Skipping the reasons why, the short answer is: "No".
