thanks for the help with unchecking the add to my contacts box. Big help. I
found the .wab file on the xp but i nees instruction in just how to "copy it
to the vista".

If your computers are networked, copy the file from the XP computer to your
Documents folder on the Vista computer.
Or use a USB drive, or a floppy drive, or a CD.

Simply open the Address book in OE, (XP), on the file menu>export>.wab.

Name it>Save it.

Put it on a thumb drive and stick it up Vista :-))

Then import it from the contacts folder.
