Address book transfer to Vista

After installing vista and outlook 2007, I can't immport my address book. I
copied the .pst files to a cd but can't import.

You don't need to import, but simply open the .Pst ( Copy to a
local directory on your hard drive ). Once open use the Mail
applet in Control Panel to designate it as the delivery point for
your account. Or from Within Outlook 2007, Tools, Options
Mail Setup (TAB), Data Files (Button).
