I am signed in as the administrator on my computer but sometimes when a try
to open certain programs or try to change settings I get a message that I am
not authorized to continue and to see my administrator. How can I fix this?

Hello,

try right-clicking the program and selecting "Run as administrator" in order
to run the program with administrative privileges.

Greetings,
