Admin Password, how to find?

Can any one help please?
I can not access any admin.on my pc. to do anything, unistall/install,
I get an error message, saying " an unknown program, is trying to access
your computor" please enter admin password" ! I do not remember having
set a admin. password, any time i download things, i get this, trying to
run norton security.i get it.
I am at a loss.

There is a utility, chntpw I believe, that will reset the admin password
from a Linux Live CD.

Your Admin password would be your user/password when you did the
installation.
