Admin tool not working

I keep geting a message my cw admin tool exe not working & I'm trying to
download an application & my spyware prog keeps blocking it, can anyone help
please?

turn off the spyware software while downloading it...IF you're 100% sure of
what you are getting...

Most antispyware programs have an "exclusion" are where you can set the
antispyware program to exclude anything you want from being monitored or
blocked.
