administrater popup

How do I get rid of the administrator popup that asks for permission to add
a program etc? I do not want to have an administrator>

This will show you how to turn UAC off though it is not recommended.
btw an admin account was created at installation.

That is User Access Control (UAC) you can turn it off, but some programs
don't like it either way.
