Okay - this newsgroup is for Vista, not XP - but anyway...
Theres a lot of differences in the way the Administrator acts for the two
OS's.
Are you sure, you just havn't deaktivated the Administrator.
In that case , it will not appear on the Welcome-screen, but it will still
be in User-Account.
Open Controlpanel>Useraccounts - and aktivate the Administrators account..
If its not that, then make a new administratoraccount.
After that, you copy alle the folders and files from the old [c:\Documents
and settings\[Administrator-name]\...] to the new [Administrator-name] and
you should be up. Then you can delete the old[Administrator-name] from
Documents and Settings.
