administrator code

I just bought a new pc and I cant get windows update to work. Can someone
please tell me what to put in the user name box, password and domaian? It
says Enter Administrators Code.
Every time I try it comes up Unable to login: logon failure: unknown user
name or bad password.
SOMEONE PLEASE HELP. Thanks
