when I do I get a message "can't install in safe mode" but the only way to
logon as admin is in safe mode???... Is this normal? and why can't I logon
as admin in normal mode?

You need to have an admin user account.

I don't need to make a Administrator account I have 2 Admin accounts but for
me to install I need to logon as "Administrator" and not my admin account and
the only way to logon as Admin is to go in safe mode but when I do I can't do
much.

Why do I need to go into safe mode to logon as Administrator?

You need to be a Administrator with all privileges in order to install. You
don't need to go into safe mode. Make sure the account you're using is a full
administrator account.

I guess that you are using XP Home, where the welcome screen does not offer
"Administrator" as a login option.

Anyway, it really does not matter. You don't have to be logged in as user
"Administrator" in order to perform installations, and any third-party
instructions which say this are wrong. You can perform installations when
logged in as any user who possesses Administrator privileges (i.e. is a
member of group Administrators).

could not install anything without loging in as Admin I mean anything.
Anyways I formated my computer now everything is ok just to know it was not
normalto install stuff as admin only in safe mode.
