Administrator Only error in WinME Windows Update

I am unable to get my updates. Whenever I go to the Windows Update web site I
get an "Administrator Only" page which refers to a WIN2000 or XP OS system
which I do not have. My pc is on a WIN ME system so why do I get this
message? The fix in Microsoft Knowledge Base is also for a WIN2000 or XP
system. Is there a fix for WIN ME. I have tried reinstalling Microsoft
Internet Explorer 6 SP1 and still have the same results. Any suggestions out
there?

Locked out by System Administrator requirement?

Neither the "content advixor" or or "Tweak Ui" adjustments made any
difference. Do you have any other suggestions?. I've even cleaned out my
Java cache and unistalled my Sun Java files but still no positive results.
The Administrator Only error page on Windows Update remain on my WinME pc..
