administrator password required?

I'm trying to install a downloaded purchased file of Spysweeper from
Webroot.com. I've just purchased this Dell with Windows 2000.Whenever I try
to open Spysweeper I'm told I need to be logged on as an administrator. How
can I change settings or log on as an administrator to allow me to install my
new program?

You need to log in to an Administrator account and not a Limited account.
If you need further assistance, since this is a Windows Update newsgroup,
you should take this to a Windows 2000 newsgroup.
