Hi,
Run regedit, look here:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\Curr entVersion\Policies
Delete the key or string that locks out uninstalling software. Alternately,
you could also change the 0/1 value of the string preventing it.
