Administrator Rights problem

hi...i have install windows vista home on toshiba laptop.
in my laptop there is one user only me..administrator
in my system there is only one drive C.
by mistake i set all permission for C drive for administrator means for
me to set deny.
so now i can't access my C drive..it say that access is denied.
i can only use and see desktop now nothing else.
and access denied most of the services..
so plz help me...

First... go to User Accounts (Control Panel - Classic view) and setup
another account with Admin privilieges, and see if you are able to
change things using that account (probably won't be able to).

If that doesn't work, you will probably have to enable the REAL
Administrator account and use it to make your changes.

If you can't the only thing I can think of is reinstalling Vista

Hello Dkshah,

You might also try doing a System Restore (Method Two in link below)
using a restore point dated before you set the C: drive permission
level. It should fix the problem for you.
