Adminstrator Rights & New Software

I've recently installed software from Sony for my MP3 player and whenever I
try to run it I get a messag which tells my that "You are a Limited User -
Contact the Adminstrator for full access rights". This is despite having PC
Administrator Rights on my account. Can anyone help????

Contact Sony for a Vista-compatible version of the software.
