Hello,
Even a user account designated as administrator, is not the true
administrator account. There will still be prompts for programs to run,
etc. This is by design, the UAC (user account control). It keeps your
computer safe from malicious code.
If you really want to use the built in (but hidden) administrator
account, this tutorial will show you how. It also has links to related
