ADMT 3.1 and Wildcards

We are migrating from a Windows 2003 forest to a Windows 2008 Forest. We are
doing a staged migration, basically each department has it's own OU structure
with users, computers, etc. Is there a way to point ADMT at an OU and use a
wildcard character so that we can migrate everything in the OU?
