ADMT: "Cannot open required dialog box - No locations can be found

I'm trying to migrate from SBS2000 to SBS2003. My two servers are able to
access each other via Windows Explorer (via IP#), but I am having a hard time
getting them to communicate when I use the Active Directory Migration Tool.

The MS migration guide says to start with User migrations first, so I tried.
However, as soon as I select the source and target domains, then click next,
I get these errors:

"The program cannot open the required dialog box because no locations can be
found. Close this message, and try again."

I close it and get this message:

"Failed to initialize object picker for the source domain."


I specified IP#'s for both servers within the same range and modified the
DNS forwarders according to the SBS migration guide. Please help

My suggestion is to visit SBSMigration.com for a simple solution. The time
you save will more than pay for the small cost of the kit.
