Adobe 8.1 DEP Issue

Hi,

I have a Sony laptop running Windows Vista. I can't print anything in Adobe
because DEP shuts the program down everytime. I have tried to add adobe to
the DEP exception list but it won't allow me to do that as the program is
"not allowed to run without DEP". I saw another post regarding this same
issue but short of completely shutting down DEP, could not find a solution
that worked. One of the suggestions was to try adding the exe file
c:\windows\installer\AC76BA86-7AD7-1033-7-1033-7B44-A810000000003}\SC_Reader.exe.
I went into the windows file and I don't even have a subfile "installer" on
my machine. Any help would be appreciated.

-Chris

Hi Chris,

You might consider uninstalling Adobe Reader 8.1 and trying "Foxit"
instead.

'Foxit Software' (http://www.foxitsoftware.com/pdf/rd_intro.php)
