adobe flash problems

my daughters laptop won't let her play on line games without adobe flash
download. she has micrsoft me , she wants to get on webkins and is
unable , any help would be great thanks

Click on the "Get Adobe Flash Player" image link, usually lower right
corner.

Flash should auto-install, just follow the prompts.

If it fails you might try going to http://www.getfirefox.com and try
installing/running Firefox.

Webkins should work with Firefox, my nieces use the site on their Mac's
with Safari.
