Multiple attempts to download Adobe Flash Player 10 fail. I am running MS
XP. Any suggestions? Using the adobe flash removal tool with new install
hasn't worked. Thanks for any help.

The OP is trying to upgrade Adobe Flash, as that is installed on the
computer running Windows (at least we know it's XP) and the OP is attempting
an upgrade, then it must be a Windows Update problem.
