I nkow this message if the patch is already installed or the wrong architecture
is chosen.
32bit:

Check with "$PSVersionTable" without the qoutes in powershell the installed
version. You should get an output like:
Name Value

BuildVersion 6.1.7600.16385
PSVersion 2.0
WSManStackVersion 2.0
PSCompatibleVersions {1.0, 2.0}
SerializationVersion 1.1.0.1
