Advertissement and Messenger Live 8.1 : Always ask proxy credentials : why ?

Hello,
I use the Windows Live Messenger 8.1 (beta) and it always ask me the proxy's
credentials for the advertissement althought i have put the right
login/password in the connection option. Why ?
if i go to the connection option and re-apply it, it will display the
advertisement but if i close the messenger windows, and re-open it, it ask
me to valide the credentials... why don't it use the credential, by default,
in the connection option ????

the banners you mean? I removed them with the MESS patch for live messenger
it lets you tweak messenger and remove the banners. See the link on the left
pane on this page
