Ad-aware & Spybot
I found them via a Yahoo search.
BEWARE ! Further reading suggests that pop-up ads,spyware and trojans will
cloak themselves as anti virus and spyware swatters. Sorry if I am using the
wrong terms but I am not an expert - just a computer user who is fed up of
pop-ups and spyware. The above two seem to be trustworthy and simple to use.
