Aero Function Issue

Working with Vista Ultimate. The flip 3-D icon appears in the tray but does
not launch the feature nor does the Ctrl-Windows Key-Tab. This is a 2.66Ghz
laptop with 2GB of memory. Guidance sought.

As far as I know you do not use the control key, at least on my system you
dont. Its just the windows key (sometimes labelled start) and the tab key.
Hold the windows key and tap the tab key and 3d flip should step through open
windows.

Also if you are using a mouse with a wheel then clicking the wheel will bring
up flip 3d and rotating the wheel will flip through the windows. It does with
a microsoft mouse.

Should be Windows Key + Tab key. (don't include the Ctrl key).
