Aero - Lines in borders and task bar

Just got a new HP a6605uk and in aero mode there are dashed lines around the
border of smaller windows and in the task bar. Also when you click Start
there are dashed lines in the box that appears.

I have downloaded the lastest Nvidia graphics driver from HP website but not
fixed. If I change view to Window Basic the problem goes away.

Any idea how I can fix the problem in Aero mode?

Your new new HP a6605uk is covered under warranty, right? Call HP and see
what they have to say.

Already tried that - their answer was to rebuild and download the updated
graphic driver from their website which did not resolve the situation.

And the reason you're waiting to return it for a full refund is? I
recommend that you go to the store when you know there will be a lot of
people and in a loud, polite voice announce your problem.

Then call them back and tell them you are going to return the computer and
buy from a competitor. If they don't help you - do it!
