Aero not installed in Ultimate

The windows aero theme doesn't appear, I also searched for the WEI but is not
there, What can I do? Help please.

The Windows Experience Index scores for you computer can be accessed
(and refreshed) by right-clicking on "Computer", then selcting
"Properties" from the context menu. Or go to "Control Panel"->"System
and Maintenance"->"Performance Information and Tools"

As for Aero, you need to check a few things. First and foremost would
be to verify that your graphics card supports Aero. You'll need at least
a graphics card with 128MB memory that supports Shader Model 2.0 to be
able to use Aero. Second, you need to go to the graphics card
manufacturers (or Motherboard, if using onboard graphics) website and
download updated Vista drivers.

Note also that only the very newest onboard graphics cards support
Aero. VERY few of the older onboard graphics chipsets have enough
processing power to handle Aero.

The Windows Experience Index should be there:

1. Click Start
2. In the search box, type Performance Information and Tools, hit enter
3. Click the Update my score link
4. Click Continue on the User Account Control dialog

Could you provide your system specifications?

Windows AERO Glass requires that you have a minimum of 128 MBs video RAM
that is Direct X 9 compliant and supports the Windows Display Driver Model
(WDDM). If your video card does not meet these requirements, it's the likely
cause why you are not seeing it. For onboard/integrated cards, you need to
have 1 GB of dual channel memory installed with 512 MBs of RAM allocated to
the system. The amount of Video RAM also determines the resolution size your
Display can use.

Hit your Windows key and Pause/Break key. Second section shows the WEI. You
have to have to have at least a base score of 3.0 to run Aero.
