aero option and Windows Experience rating

OK, i just upgraded my system and the overall WE rating was 5.2, it
was running aero and performing great, EXCEPT for I had made a mistake
in my initial choices for HDD. I tried to fix it but was unable and
ended up reformatting the computer again to fix it.
Now my graphics card seems to be installed, it is working fine. in the
device manager, it shows correctly, and trying to update the drivers,
it tells me all is well.

but when i do the WE rating.. the 2 graphics scores are 1.0 and aero
is not available as an option.

what might be holding this up?
it seems like somehow, the tests either aren't getting done for the
card, or something but i would like to have the aero GUI back.

any ideas?

After reinstalling, did you install MB and Manufacturer graphics drivers?
You should do that, then rerun the performance test.

The Windows Experience Index rating may inherit an incorrect value after you make a change to your computer's hardware configuration
or you start Windows Vista for the first time
