After Downgrading to XP I can't get on the Internet

Yea I didn't have the full version Vista anyways but the internet was
always working. So yesterday I finally got a XP reinstallation Disk and
when i Reinstalled it, I couldn't connedt to the internet. can anyone
help?

Have you reinstalled all of the WinXP-specific device drivers,
especially those for the network adapter, for the computer's hardware
components?

umm no i haven't. The drivers would be located on the disk as wel

Yes..but we need more info.

What kind of computer is it.

And since you downgraded you probably need LAN driver for your networ
connection.

You'll need to let us know what kind of computer it is in order t
figure out where that driver is

Not necessarily, you need to find out the type of Network card/modem
devices, then download or install from an available disk the appropriate
device drivers for those devices.

Drivers should be on the original disks that came with the hardware devices,
or from the manufacturer's website(s).

I have a Dell something 3000, im not at home right now so im not sure

and the type of modem is a funny word its like 4 letters i belive, like
nepo or something like that. yea i know that doesn't help right now, but
ill post the exacts when i get to another computer.. Thanks for the help
