After hibernation Vista sleeps again unless i move the mouse

If I don't move the mouse or use the keyboard within a couple of minutes of
waking my Vista box up from hibernation the machine hibernates again by
itself.

Once the machine has woken up properly it stays awake and doesn't hibernate,
the issue only happens directly after it wakes from hibernation.

Is there any way to stop this re-hibernation happening?

Thanks

Peter Lawton

Hello Peter

This is a default setting in Vista to allow the computer to go back t
it's sleep mode setting if there is no activity during a 2 minute wait
The tutorial below will show you how to change this default 2 minutes t
what you want instead

http://www.vistax64.com/tutorials/17...ed-wake-up.htm

Hope this helps
