After running Update. Excel tries to reinstall--then error 1311--

Not sure if it's connected but auto updated last night and this am excel will
not work.

Launching excel begins a re-install of XP with Front Page then gives error
1311 with can't find office1.cab. Other Office apps are running fine

Any suggestions?
