Hi,
I posted this before with no reply. After I install SP2 my
system's "restart" functionality does not work.

The system shuts down, there is power but then nothing
happens and its kind of stalled.

I have to manually shut down power and switch it back on.

Because of this I am unable to use the System Restore
feature which requires an automatic restart at the end.

Any thoughts or help would be appreciated
Thanks
Harris

I have just had same problem. I phoned Mesh and got this info.
Start Windows in safe mode. and go to Control Panel/ instal/uninstall
software.
Look for windowsxp service pack2 aand uninstall it. Computer does rest.
After reboot will ask for a recovery point. select a date when computer was
ok and Off you go. Service pack 2 is not compatible with 64 bit processors,.
