After SP3 install, lost sound

Successfully installed SP 3.0 and rebooted computer. All works fine except I
have no sound.

Have you tried reinstalling the drivers?
Have you tried updating the drivers?
Have you check the Device Manager for errors?
Have you check the speakers (re plug them in)

If you remove SP3 do you have sound?
