After system restore KB905474 won't reinstall

KB905474 was installed then I had to do a
system restore for another problem, to a date
before it was installed, and now it won't reinstall.
Clicking on the failed Icon says the error is
0X800F0102? What is this error and what is the fix?

Hi Carey,
Validation from the site came out ok but I just cannot install KB05474,
which will always be the problem every time I auto-update on my machine. I
looked at a permission issue as suggested from other people here and couldn't
solve the vary issue. I can ignore the problem but the issue will still be
here until Microsoft helps to solve it or remove the KB905457 from auto
updates. However, I rather patiently wait you or somebody else to solve it.
At least I can learn something from it. Thanks.

In the past, this error has been seen in association with the use of
Norton/Symantec products. Try disabling them, and try update again.
