After taskbar move, I.E 7.0 no longer uses real full screen.

I moved my windows start bar to the top of the screen, then moved it back to
the bottom of the screen.

Now when I maximize Internet Explorer, it doesnt really use the complete
maximized screen space, but instead leaves a gap about the same height as
the windows start bar.

I've restarted the computer already but it continues like this.

Solution: Press the F11 key to really maximize IE, then use the maximize
button for IE and it will go out of true full screen mode and then maximize
to full screen like it should.

I dont recall this happening in XP but maybe it did it the same way and I
just don't remember.

Just an FYI for anyone else that experiences this occurance too.
