Since you are getting nothing, the operating system and updates are
not the cause.
If you remove the hard drive from an otherwise good computer, you will
get more including Video with options to enter the BIOS.
Disconnect power and open the case.
Reseat ALL connections then try power on again.
If the computer is still in warranty, contact the manufacturer for
support.
