After Updates Group Policy Processing Fails

Help!

"Group Policy processing does not work and events 1030 and 1058 are logged
in the Application log of a domain controller"

One of the recent Microsoft Updates that were released on 4/11/06 broke
something on our 2003 AD Domain Controller -

After applying the patches for April - I started getting the "Group Policy
processing does not work and events 1030 and 1058 are logged in the
Application log of a domain controller" error message in the Application
log. -

We have the identical server running on the East Coast - same build with
the exception that the East Coast server was built with the original 2003
Standard and later updated with SP1.

Anybody else experiencing this issue - I cannot be alone?
