After upgrade to XP pro

I upgrade from windows XP Home to XP Pro. After installation I tried to login
but would not let me. Amessage box displays:

"A problem is preventing Windows from accurately checking the License for
this computer. Error Code 0x80004005."

Previous version of windows is autheticate and Windows XP is brand new. How
do I activate my new windows installations when it will not let me login.
