If you can get windows ( maybe in safe mode go to control
panel, system, advanced,startup & recovery, setting and
uncheck auto restart.If it was checked it should not
reboot any more.
or
My computer, properties, manage,services & applications
services, find background intel..., put it manual, or look
at the properties recovery it should say restart service
(not the computer)
and
This won't solved what's wrong but you can look in the
event log and see if any other details are there.
control panel administrative tools, event viewer.
